Vista Labels 2025 Round-Up

As 2025 draws to a close, we have taken time to reflect on what has been one of our most meaningful and forward-thinking years so far. In every improvement, investment, and milestone, our three pillars — flexibility, consistency, and friendly, personal service — have guided our decisions, just as they have since 1974.

This year has been about strengthening the foundations that make Vista Labels what it is: a dependable business with modern capabilities, long-standing values, and a genuine dedication to our customers.

Here’s a closer look at the moments that defined our year.

Investing in Our Capabilities

We began the year with a major investment into our flexographic capabilities: the Reflex Servo 330SE, a welcome addition to our polythene printing department.

This upgrade enables us to support customers with even more precise, clean, and reliable polythene printing, perfect for pallet wrap, protective packaging, and branded film. As demand continues to grow, this investment ensures we stay flexible and prepared to respond, whether it’s a small specialised order or a larger, ongoing project.

Strengthening Our Digital Finishing

In April, we enhanced our digital print finishing suite with the Digicon Lite 3 Rev 1, enabling more advanced finishing options and improving turnaround times across a wide range of digital jobs. Consistency has always been a key pillar of Vista, and this upgrade ensures the quality our customers expect remains at the heart of everything we do.

A New Look for a New Era

One of the biggest milestones of 2025 was the rollout of our refreshed branding and the launch of our new website, both of which marked an important step forward for the business.

After more than 50 years in the industry, we wanted our brand to reflect who we are today: a modern, capable label manufacturer powered by strong values, decades of knowledge, and a hands-on, personal approach.

The new brand was designed to capture exactly that:

  • A stronger visual identity rolled out across the business: Modern yet warm and approachable. Throughout the year, we introduced this refreshed identity across our signage, wayfinding, workwear, and customer materials, creating a consistent and professional look that reflects our people and the service we’re known for.
  • A website that truly shows what we can do: Our new site finally reflects the full scale of Vista Labels, showcasing our digital, flexographic and polythene printing technologies, our wide range of materials and finishes, and specialist services such as Peel & Reveal, Braille, Tactile, Metallic and Foil labels. It also clearly presents the industries we support and gives customers real insight into the people, values and processes behind our work.

The transformation has already made a positive impact: enquiries are more focused, customers are better informed, and our online presence now matches the quality of our production.

Strengthening Our Commitment to Sustainability

This year, we’re proud to have achieved ISO 14001 Environmental Management certification, a significant step in our sustainability journey.

This certification reflects our ongoing efforts to reduce waste, improve resource efficiency, and operate responsibly across every part of the business, from materials and processes to energy use and waste management. It is a milestone we are incredibly proud of and one that aligns closely with our long-term vision.

Investing in Our People & Working Environment

In September, we completed a full refurbishment of our sales and production office. The updated space provides a more modern, collaborative, and efficient environment for our team, supporting communication and ensuring we continue delivering the personal, friendly service Vista is known for.

Our people are at the heart of our business, and giving them a workplace that supports their wellbeing and productivity is fundamental to the way we operate.

Looking Ahead to 2026

While we are proud of what we’ve achieved this year, we’re also firmly focused on the future. Demand for high-quality Braille and tactile labels continues to grow across healthcare, pharmaceutical and industrial sectors. To ensure we stay ahead, we will be installing a new SMEG Braille press in January 2026.

Early in 2026, we will also be unveiling our newly developed Quality Hub.  A dedicated space designed to enhance our quality assurance processes, support continual improvement, and uphold the high standards that define Vista Labels.

More details will follow soon, but we’re excited for what this will bring to our workflow and to the customers who rely on the consistency of our service.

A Final Thank You

To our customers, suppliers and partners: thank you for your continued trust and support throughout 2025. Whether you’ve been with us for many years or have recently joined us, we’re grateful to have you as part of the Vista Labels story.
