What FSC Chain of Custody Certification Means
The FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) Chain of Custody certification is a widely acknowledged system that ensures materials used in products come from responsibly managed forests or controlled and recycled sources. Being FSC chain-of-custody certified means that the resources used in a product are monitored from forest to shelf along an unbroken chain, establishing system credibility. Products can only be labelled as FSC-certified if all companies throughout the supply chain are FSC-certified.
In practical terms, this means that every paper-based label we produce under FSC certification can be traced back to verified, sustainable origins.
